All information regarding children is sensitive information within the terms of the national privacy principles under the Privacy Act. The information will only be shared amongst the Little Treasures playgroup leaders, as is necessary to care for your family.

Acknowledgment and Agreement to Terms
Please read and acknowledge the below statements to show your agreement:
- I have read and understood the Little Treasures @ Holy Trinity Information Sheet.
- I understand that Little Treasures is a playgroup run by Holy Trinity Anglican Church Lara and there will be Christian content in the program.
- I will pay the specified fee in a timely manner, ie $20 for one child under 18 months old, otherwise $50 per family.
- I will keep my child home if I or they are unwell.
