The ‘Apocalypse’ window which is located over the door and ‘New Jerusalem’ window in the Sanctuary are a pair and were originally a thank offering to Holy Advent from Veronica and Frank Key who were married at Holy Advent Armadale on 8th January 1944, during the second world war which lends some understanding to the symbolism in the Apocalypse window which incorporates the helmet, the breastplate and the sword for the fight from the book of Ephesians.
